Additional Information -
The ‘Jack’ universal adapter enables you to attach more than one item to a nurse call socket
- You must have a call lead plugged in at all times or the unit will alarm continuously
- This safety feature alerts staff when a call lead or any other accessory is removed
- For use with All Nurse Call (NC) options
Connection Points
- a. Mono/Stereo switch - To identify how your system is set up, check the number of black rings on an existing plug (Mono = 1 Ring, Stereo = 2 Rings, Please note: The Jack adaptor plug will always have 2 rings as it is interchangeable)
- b. Sensor Mat socket. Attach lead connecting to the monitor(Bedgard/ Seatgard) or lead connecting to sensor mat (Floorgard).
- c. Call lead socket. This must have an accessory (call lead) plugged in at all times.
- d. Port 2 socket to facilitate additional accessory option.
- e. Port 2 on/off switch must be in the off position when not in use
- The adapter is now configured for your system.
